首先看看系统时间是否有错误，无误的话，看下面
删除 C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Player\AssetCache 里面的文件
位置也有可能是 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Adobe\Flash Player\AssetCache
系统不同，位置可能不太一样，总之是删除 AssetCache 里面的文件
